By placing an order, you represent and warrant that:

• You are a qualified researcher, scientist, or authorized representative of an accredited laboratory or research institution.
• All products will be used solely in a lawful research setting and in compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
• You will not resell, redistribute, or provide products to any individual or entity that intends to use them for non-research purposes.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear to be placed by unauthorized buyers.

An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when the product is shipped and tracking information is provided.

We accept payment methods as indicated at checkout. All payments must be received in full before orders are processed and shipped. You are responsible for any applicable taxes or duties.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
