Shipping & Returns

All orders are shipped from the United States. We currently ship to domestic (U.S.) addresses only.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM Central Time on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays) are shipped the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff are processed the next business day.

All peptides are shipped in insulated packaging to maintain product integrity during transit. Lyophilized peptides are stable at ambient temperatures for the duration of standard shipping times.

Packages are labeled discreetly with no external indication of contents beyond what is required by law.

Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. You must contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return.

To request a return or report an issue, contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number and a description (photos are helpful). We will provide a return shipping label if applicable.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.

We do not accept returns on opened or used products, or for change-of-mind reasons.

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, where appropriate, reship your order at no additional cost.
